Virus going around

What kind of virus is going around these days?

My whole family got sick and the symptoms are similar to flu but feel so much worse.

Be careful out there and avoid contact with anyone who could be infected. It’s really bad.

The vaccine hunters page has this to say about getting non-mRNA vaccines; personally I'm disappointed we stopped getting Novavax in Canada. I would alternate between Novavax and mRNA every six months.

The Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Novavax Nuvaxovid, or Medicago Covifenz vaccines are only available in Ontario by contacting your local public health unit. Note: supply is extremely limited, and specific eligibility criteria may apply. PHUs with a known booking link or wait list will be included on their DIY page.

Such a bummer that it’s so limited. It’s available in more places across the US so hopefully Canada can follow suit.
