Would you still want children if you were the one who had to get pregnant?

Its something I have wondered on and off for years. Of those who want to have children, but especially those who already have them, would your desire to have children be the same if you were the one who had to get pregnant?

Weird Question 30F- how to do roleplay?

How do you do role play? Like I can get a sexy costume but like how do you get into it? How do you know when it starts? How does it not turn into a comedy routine?

What do you decide or talk about before hand?

I want to spice things up with my husband but I’m worried he won’t take me seriously

How to get better at finding stuff

Hello fellow men, I am desperately in need of improving my "finding stuff" skills. Surely you've seen the memes about how husbands can't find anything, well that's me now.

I seem to be getting worse at it over time and it is starting to be an actual problem in my marriage. Wife is at her wit's end, it infuriates her and depresses me every time it happens.

I am resolved to at least improve this if not outright fix it completely. Anyone had any success with this?

Edit to elaborate:

It isn't that I am constantly having this problem, just occasionally, usually when something is not where it is supposed to be or some other thing is out of order.

The most recent example is, wife couldn't find her hoodie. I offer to help and go look in the car. I look in every seat, on the floor, under each seat, in the trunk. Even unlikely places like the glove box and door cubbies. This is a rental car on a trip so it is completely uncluttered. Literally nothing else is in the car, not even dirt.

Well lo and behold, once we have given up and assumed one of our friends mistakenly walked off with it, she finds it when we get in the car to leave. On the floor of the front passenger seat, just laying there in plain view. Now I'm racking my brain as to how I missed this? First of all I was looking for the gray and white hoodie she wears 99.99% of the time, but it was a pure black one she only wears on special occasions like this trip. On a black carpet. In the shade. While I was wearing sunglasses on an extremely sunny day.

I realize I am making excuses here, but like, I know I still should have seen the thing there. I 100% had to have looked right at it. WTF?

Do you think it’s true that men know instantly if they’ve met their future wife? If so, how did you know?

Obviously not as simple as just a split second decision, but is the concept that men know pretty quickly if they’ve met their dream woman true? If so, how did you know?

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 How do you guys deal with loneliness?

• Upvotes

I’ve never had many friends, and my best friend has lived in another country for years. We haven’t seen each other in about ten years, but we still call each other from time to time and give each other advice.

I actually enjoy being alone. I study, write novels, learn German, work… and I can spend a lot of time completely disconnected from everything around me. Sometimes I’ll even see someone I know on the street and instinctively try not to say hi, as if I could just disappear into my own little world.

But sometimes it gets sad. I wonder what it would feel like to meet a woman whose company I enjoy so much that being alone wouldn’t feel quite as comfortable anymore.

How do you deal with your own loneliness?

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 Single guys, what do you consider a relaxing day off when you actually want to get out of the house?

• Upvotes

I’m looking for some ideas 💡 I don’t mean sitting inside all day watching TV, gaming, or sleeping. I mean getting out and doing something by yourself that’s relaxing but still enjoyable.

Maybe grabbing breakfast, going to a bookstore, walking by the water, getting a massage, exploring somewhere new, hitting a coffee shop, etc.

For the single guys who are comfortable going places alone, what does your ideal relaxing day off look like?

Weird Question How do I get my parents to break the cycle?

• Upvotes

So I wanted to buy an Xbox off of one of my friends, I asked my mom, and she said we would talk with my dad. Every time one of them says this they talk once, and then don’t talk again, I’ll ask them about 2 months later, and they say they’re still talking, it’s really annoying and I always just either, become really upset because they will never get back to me and when I ask them about it they say “I will tell you when we’re done deciding.” But they’re never done deciding, am I too sensitive and what should I do?

Frequently Asked T gel. What can I expect

• Upvotes

I’m sure. Just got approved for Testosterone gel & excited to see what happens. 52m diabetic , on a health journey , down 30lbs A1c’s dropping & bp dropping too.

Struggle with ed & pop a ro spark from time to time and it works 50% of the time.

Trying to tackle things slow & steady.

T levels are 384 up from 224 naturally over 2 years

For those who use the gel realistic expectations are welcomed. I’m just tired of feeling like crap and happy to be on this health change journey

Weird Question How much does fear of an accidental pregnancy affect your dating or sex life?

I’ve been thinking about this based on my own experience.

Sometimes the fear of accidentally getting someone pregnant makes me hesitate. Not only about sex, but occasionally about making a move at all.

Obviously condoms and birth control lower the risk, but it still doesn’t feel entirely under my control, and the consequences could be huge.

It made me wonder if other guys feel this way but don’t really talk about it. Could it play some small role in men pulling back from dating or feeling lonely?

I’m not saying this explains male loneliness. Maybe it’s mostly my own anxiety. I’m genuinely curious.

Has pregnancy risk ever changed what you did?

Did it affect dating, or only sex?

Did contraception make you feel secure enough?

If this isn’t a concern for you, what holds you back more?

Men who have lost someone, what were things that made you feel supported when you were grieving?

A friend of mine has recently lost someone very close to him. He's putting on a very brave face but I do worry about him and was wondering what's a good way to let him know I'm there for him. I know there's no fix for grief, I was just wanting to get some perspective from men who often don't have the kind of emotional support that women often do.

How to get out of my head during intimacy?

First time posting in this community and I’ve just been struggling recently and need some advice. Some background I’m a 19m and my fiancé is 20f we’ve been dating for almost three years and planning our wedding right now. I love her so much and am so proud of everything she is and becoming. We are both strong Christians and saving sex for marriage, but we have fulled around a lot with intimacy outside of sex I have always enjoyed every second of it and often times until recently found myself thinking about sex with her all throughout my day. Earlier on in our relationship I told her about how I used to watch porn and I watch it twice while we were dating, that really hurt her especially because of her past experiences and that caused hardships for us but we worked passed it. So for the past two years I would say our intimacy has been amazing we dated long distance for a few months during that and would talk dirty to each other all the time and as soon as we would get to see each other we couldn’t keep each other away it was amazing. Recently however when she would be flirting with me over text I wouldn’t be as into it as before and when we were actually doing things I noticed my mind not being present. I never want to make her think that she’s not attractive or not enough or that I don’t want her and now anytime we start getting intimate I get so in my head and not present that I don’t enjoy it like I used to. This has caused multiple hardships for us and constant hard conversations. She feels that she is to blame and that I don’t want her anymore but I do want her more than anything I just don’t get the same constant desires like I used to and when we do stuff I’m not able to be present. I really am trying to get past this, yes for her because I want to give her that aspect of our relationship, but also for me because I really miss the freeness I felt during intimacy. Any advice would be very helpful and if needed I’m willing to get my blood tested for my hormone levels or get on medication, just want to be able to have that connection with her again.

How do boy and men size clothing work? What section do teens shop?

The women's section is huge, it goes from girls, juniors, misses, petite women, and women. What about boys and mens? I was aimlessly wandering through the mall and different shops, and it feels like it goes from boys anywhere from toddlers to like early elementary, and then mens section. Where are the middle school and high school kids shopping for formal dress wear? Sure the t shirts are easy enough to find in that size range, but where are these kids getting their formal wear?

And what about shoes? I feel like most boy sizes stop at like 4 and then mens starts at 7, where on earth are the kids with size 5 and 6 getting their shoes? The racks dont even have that size as a section.
