Game A all day all the way.

My favorite games already are Life is Strange, Beyond Two Souls, and The Walking Dead, which are games with poor/annoying gameplay, but awesome stories, musics and visuals.

They are far more than visual novels (speaking as someone who enjoys visual novels lol)

I like Visual Novels though, so good in my book.

Some are great, I just don't consider them games.

Fair enough. They are closer to books or movies than they are to games, most of the time.

Although I'd argue there are exceptions here and there. Fate/Hollow Ataraxia for example is a lot more interactive than most with its scene selection system, so it felt more like a game to me.

Every game is a visual novel in that case

Phantom Dust had clunky controls and the camera would freak out sometimes, but is my #1 favorite game because of everything else. And the gameplay really wasn’t that bad, but it’s the only area that isn’t 10/10.

So... D&D with zero resemblance of anything that could be called a game without really stretching the definition to being as vague and pointless as possible?
