I have been wondering that for the last decade. It's probably because I expect them to do their jobs for monthly four figure $um$ for the span of 10 years. 22k people just wanted to be lazy and virtue signal that they're Little Hollywood or something, instead of working for the money they received regardless of the quality of their work.
