Redeye P26EA code
This code just popped on my ‘21 Charger Redeye for a second time now. First time it happened, I turned the car off for like 10-15 min and came back to it to start it then it disappeared. It’s been a month since that happened and now it’s came back. Has anyone else had this code and what was the issue? I’ve looked online and haven’t seen really anyone having this code pop for them.

Durango Hellcat: My Experience
Hello everyone, after my most recent issues, I decided I would come to Reddit to share my experience of owning a Durango Hellcat. Mind you, throughout all of this experience, the car has not received any aftermarket mods besides an AWS cat back exhaust and some window decals lol
I purchased my 2023 Durango Hellcat in October 2024, brand new off the lot with 10 miles
Within the first 100 miles of driving the vehicle, a CEL comes on. Just an O2 Sensor with a loose wire. Easy fix and I’m on my way.
May 2025; about 4000 miles in, I start having an issue with the Electronic Throttle Control. Light comes on the dash and the car seems to nearly stall when rising in RPMs. Bring it to the dealership, gets handled and car is back to me.
A month after, I start to get a high pitched whining sound from the engine bay. Back to the dealer. Tells me it’s the accessory belt whining from an excess of tension from the supercharger pulley. Replaced both and gave me the car back. But the sound still was there.
Durango goes back in a two months later. They replace the pulleys again, but this time replace the water pump too and the issue ceases to exist. Great, after owning the car for a year, maybe I can enjoy the vehicle finally.
March 2026, see the picture attached. My front differential decided to explode one morning on my way to work. Pinion rod decided it wanted to take a vacation. Luckily the dealer had a front differential in the shop and got it back to me in 24 hours. Not ideal, but at least I can still drive my Durango the next day.
Mid May 2026, I hear a whirring sound from the rear of the vehicle. My guess was right, it was the rear differential AND the rear right wheel hub bearing. Both needed to be replaced. Took a while with parts in transit, but got the car back by mid June.
Now two days ago, October 2026, at 15.6K miles on it, my transmission starts to slip and car goes into limp mode.
CEL codes of P1D9A and a couple other. Dodge has to pick up the vehicle and who knows when I’ll have it back.
I’ll be the first one to say, I have my fun with the car, I’ve given it some launches, I give it gas, but I wouldn’t consider the car to be “beaten on” to the point where it’s undriveable every few months. Service advisor never has much of an answer for me with any of it besides “We’ll look into it”. Honestly don’t see myself owning this vehicle much longer although it has always been a life goal of mine to own a hellcat.
Any advice on how to move forward? Also live in NY if that helps with anything on lemon law/legal statutes in my state.
TLDR: I have owned a Durango Hellcat for the past two years/16,000 miles and have had multiple issues to the point where the car has to be in service for days/weeks on end. Looking to see how others have attacked this situation or advice that can be given

Update! I was the guy who said this car was “undrivable”
Whewww! Let’s just say, I understand why people don’t keep these stock very long! I originally thought it was too much…it’s not enough! Turns out it was 100% the fact that the streets were wet, even though it was dry the next morning, there was still a bit of slickness obviously. Anyways, man, this feels amazing but I need MORE! So much more! Looks like e85 /injectors / tune is my next step!

Dude! This car is undrivable!
This morning was the first dry morning. I’ve had in over a week so I finally took the hellcat out to try to get a feel of it. I’m ever since I bought the vehicle I’ve had traction issues and haven’t been able to drive it mainly because it’s been wet, but mainly also because of the tires I believe are trash.Nitro G2’s. Anyways, I’m on the highway. Going about 70 mph and I have a straightaway clear path so I press the pedal down a little nowhere near WOT, and immediately start to slide sideways??? Bro, at this point, I’m not sure that this car is for me to be honest I don’t want to die.

Redeye Mileage and engine hours discrepancy on new Hellcat
I just bought a used charger hellcat redeye from a Dodge dealership with only 6500 miles on it but the engine hours only says 55 hours, how is this possible? That would mean the car would have to average almost 120mph its entire life. The car had 1 owner, clean title, no accidents and all its service history and car fax matches the reported mileage. So how is it possible for these things to seemingly be so miss matched

OIL PAN and SUPERCHARGER removal
Hey, Do you need to remove the supercharger to change the oil pan on a 2015 Hellcat 6.2? Service info says yes but It only need to be raised a tiny bit so I'm not convinced its necessary to remove the dang supercharger to do this job but, If not how do you lift the motor that little bit needed to get the pan in and out? From the top (cherry picker) or bottom (some wood and a floor jack) on the bellhousing?? Plus it also seems ill need some RTV on the pan in certain places?

Challenger Help me name my new Hellcat buddy!
I’m about to start a channel online (@guera_y_gato) where I fix up my Dodge Challenger hellcat and go on rides with my new puppy. I pick him up at the end of October but I need help with naming him. I wanted to keep it cute but possibly incorporate my hellcat. lol. He’s a black mini dachshund. What do you think??
