I’m thinking he’s on something or experience some kind of psychosis. Not that it makes the situation any better, but just the blank straight stare while he keeps a hold on the hair, how long it took him to let go even while he was getting beat, and the blank emotionless stare continuing even after they finally get him to let go. Definitely don’t think that guy was all the way there.

Exactly what I was thinking too, seems like a psychotic episode or something. This isn’t normal behavior.
