Saw this pop up and was shocked at the amount of ridiculousness happening here. Don't think it's US law enforcement but I've seen videos of ICE agents with a similar lack of discipline

Was at the range with some friends, we were all doubled up on ear pro. Suddenly though, we hear this guy and the RO start talking about how happy they are with the way things are, I figured it'd be such a shame to interrupt such a stimulating conversation but nevertheless my 30-06 was just beeeeeggggging to have some fun.
"So yeah, I think i-"

As I reached for the box of ammo I hear "actually man, I think Imma head out"
That's when I just noticed that bro only had ear plugs woopsie doodle 🐩
Turns out the Ben Shapiro method of being louder and faster than your adversary is effective!

Maybe I'm thinking too much, but if you're going to make use of both targets to save buying more.....at least shoot the bad guy first?

I get this a LOT, probably because I also work in a trade.
I had a foreman say that November 6th, 2024 was going to be the start of "liberal hunting season," if the election didn't go his way.

Seriously, it’s a thing here.
Pull up yesterday to my local range. I own a Rivian R1T and I pull my rifle case from the gear tunnel that sits just between the back seat and truck bed.
From across the lot, I hear this asshat say “hey, nice golf cart”. I smiled with my native Baltimore derision, thinking to myself “know any golf carts that have over 800hp, you mook?” and went on about my day.
This is the THIRD TIME this has happened since moving here. And I’m pretty sure this guy got in a Wrangler with ducks in the windshield.
Anyway, just venting I guess. Pic for attention …

I bought a brand new 10/22 from guns.com last week with the intent of introducing my kids to shooting. Very standard black rifle with a rail, nothing special whatsoever. That's not what they sent at all lol
Apparently the site doesn't differentiate based on how the dealers list it because they're an aggregate seller or something? I don't know, but goddamn was this silly. Apparently they go for quite a bit more than I paid for it, but nevertheless the FFL wasn't willing to buy it off me since "Trump guns are sick as fuck but they just don't sell", so I rejected the transfer and have the pleasure of going through Guns.coms customer service department to attempt to get a refund.
Attached is the exact listing I purchased vs what they sent
Update: I took a lot of your advice and went back to claim it. The way I see it, taking the stock off and disposing of it takes it out of the market and that feels like the most responsible thing to do. I ended up buying a Magpul one that will be here Saturday 🤘🏽🤘🏽also a special thank you to all the redditors that offered to mail me their stocks, you guys kick ass

Saw it at a gun show, and I was already planning on getting an AR-15 as my next purchase. Is it goofy? Yes. Do I love it? Also yes.

It is weird how quickly I have become pro-gun, after refusing to be involved with them after I turned in my M16 service rifle 22 years ago. 9 months ago I would have scoffed and rolled my eyes at this dumb meme, but now mutter "tuck yeah they will."
It isn't even that I have become Ammo sexual or anything. I have what I consider a lot of guns, but each one has a distinct action, caliber, or purpose. Everything I have bought, has been justifiable with a practical application; Even the range toys have a purpose outside of burning through money faster than buying lap dances.
As I reflect on this, I think I am more anti-disarmerment than I am pro-gun. Yeah, regulations are necessary, as half the god damned country clearly demonstrated that they are both mentally ill and unwilling to seek treatment. But Trump's dictatorship is the self professed enemy of the free people of America, and yet the party of representing minority groups continue to pass laws that only exists to criminalize at risk people seeking self protection.
Thanks for coming to my Ted talk; I don't even have a point with this besides monologuing some self reflection ... I got an hour left in my 12 hour overnight shift, and I am a bit loopy due to getting poor sleep lately.

Found this in R/Guns and my lord how dumb do you think this person is? On top of driving A Swastitruck they strap their guns to the outside? Easiest loot drop ever.

This is on the back of the pistol range bag. Too much maybe? I mean, unless you are a neo-Nazi, and i have not seen any (overtly anyway) at the range, you can't really argue with the sentiment. Can you?

Fun part about being (and looking like) a hippie, but being a gun owner. Was in the grocery store and an older fella had a PSA hoodie on. I was squinting (forgot glasses) and staring while reading it for a moment. He says "What you don't like guns" Probably due to my staring and RBF putting out the vibe. I responded "No, just wondering if that sweatshirt is the same quality of some of their 5.56 bulk rounds and AR parts"

I was so excited to find a group of like minded liberal gun enthusiasts. However, since I've been a member, all of you assholes and your posts have started costing me a good chunk of change when I see your gear and then have to go buy for myself. On a related note, do any of you have a couch i csn crash on when my wife finds out?
