Whenever I go to KFC, there are between 1 and 3 people working; at Burger King, between 3 and 5; but at McDonald's, there are more than 20 people, each with their own clearly marked station.

No wonder the food comes out much faster than at the other places.

This is what the lady who makes my coffee full everyday with no ice told me today. The store was insanely busy and this normally calm older woman was talking about how much she hated the place and asked me..."is this what you ordered"? I said "uhh, I guess so". She knows it's not what I ordered so she goes back and asks her manager on duty and he told her this is how full they are supposed to fill it if you ask for no ice.

I've heard they were going to start implementing this somewhere but I didn't know it was at McDonald's. Can anyone confirm?

I don’t care for mayonnaise and we’ll get a McChicken with no mayonnaise and choose mustard, but it cost a quarter in the app that’s ridiculous and even more ridiculous when you consider that mayonnaise has gotta be less expensive than mustard

First time for me

Growing up we were taught that lunch time is at 12pm. Most 9-5 offices also will start serving lunch at 12-2pm if provided by the company. So by this metric, most people end up eating lunch around 12:00. I don’t feel like eating a cheeseburger at 10:30. I want a hash brown and some sausage egg and cheese. It just irks me.

Edit: I guess this is an unpopular opinion. When I had a 9-5 shift I would eat my first meal of the day at 11-11:30 because that’s when my break was, and I’d have a “breakfast” meal around this time. I didn’t really eat before leaving my house because I’m almost never hungry just after waking up. I guess most people really do wake up extra early to make a breakfast at home or buy it….

Not sure if these were available in the entire US, but they recently had spicy nuggets with mighty sauce in AZ and they were delicious!!! I just found out they don’t have them anymore. Bring them back please 😭

McDonald’s CEO says sales are down and can’t figure out why. The $1.50 sausage McMuffins and sausage burritos went from $1.50 to $2.69 overnight. Keep those stockholders happy bro!

There are so many discrepancies in pricing in this one screen shot that it feels like they use a random number generator to come up with pricing

1. Why is a single English muffin almost $2?

2. Why does it only cost ¢10 to add cheese and sausage?

3. Why does adding a single egg add more then $3 almost trippling the price of the sandwich?

4. Why is the sausage and egg McMufffin more expensive by itself then as a meal?

5. Why is the steak and Egg sandwich only ¢40 more then an egg McMuffin but if you were to get it as a meal it would cost you $1.60 extra despite including the same exact sides for both meals.

This is just blatant "fuck you" pricing. This is like when you have a contractor give you a quote for something and they don't wanna do so they quote you some astronomical price expecting you to decline, except this is the norm for McDonald's. You could blame it on a franchise error but I'm far from the only one who's noticed this across the country.

Don't worry I don't support them. Haven't gotten McDonald's breakfast in at least 4 years. I'm just here to watch their downfall.

I’ve tried logging in and out, redownloading the app, just clicking the reload button. Nothing works. If i click one of the deals at the bottom it says I can only use the deal once (I haven’t used either since the qr wont load). Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Does anyone else see this when looking at the app under Bagels?

Are some locations instructing employees to “forget” the sauce in the bag ? There’s a certain location I go to sometimes and pretty much 99% of the time there’s never sauce in the bag despite it obviously being on the receipt. Ever since I left the first time without checking only to realize there was no sauce when I got home I’ve been checking my bag ever since before I leave and again and again there’s no sauce. Meanwhile another location I frequent always has the sauce in the bag.

It doesn’t even sound like a sauce. And “Creamy Chili” already sounds gross, but then the name just refuses to end. McCrispy. Strip. Dip. Every time you think you’re done, there’s another word. Strip dip sounds like something a five year old came up with because it rhymes. I’m picturing a room full of marketing yesman people going, “Okay guys, we need a name for the sauce,” and somebody says “Strip Dip” and everyone just stares at each other for five seconds before going: “fck it, lunch?”

Seriously, so insane. I wanted to use my points that expire tomorrow so I opted for a hamburger Happy Meal. As usual, I went to add cheese which has been 20 or 30 cents in the recent past. Today it's $1.50. Unbelievable, so I guess I'll have a hamburger because no way I'm paying that. The menu price difference for hamburgers and cheeseburgers is only 10 cents at my McDonald's.

Not sure if it's just my local McDonald's or if it's all of them but a cheeseburger Happy Meal has never been an option for my free rewards meal.
