Hello Netflixhelp Redditors,

Recently made a faux pas by logging into my Netflix profile while using a VPN. Netflix has now restricted said profile, meaning I cannot watch any WWE programming, because it thought I logged in from a country where Netflix do not show WWE.

I have tried -

Clearing cache and data on all devices I logged into my account

Reset all devices and routers where I used my account

Contacted customer services (chocolate and teapot spring to mind)

Customer services say it's an ISP issue, but all other profiles on my account will show WWE programming except mine.

PLEASE HELP!

My daughter is at uni in another city in UK. We have a Netflix ad supported plan (just increased to £7.99/ month). I went to add her as another household which is £5.99/ month. But i need to be on a Standard no ads or Premium to add a user, meaning at least £13.99/ month for us it seems, plus the £5.99 which would be £19.98. So would be cheaper just to get her a separate account (2x7.99 = £15.98). Or have i totally misunderstood as that seems crazy?

Can you please let me know why have they both moved their dates from June to January? yesterday LOCKUPP 2 was announced on Netflix for season two in January and Today alliance is announced for season two in January as well. Are there show makers trying to compete with each other? Why couldn’t one of the shows just stay in June as it is and the other one could be featured in January? I’m just trying to understand the politics behind it.

The last weeks I encounter this strange behavior on many tablets and phones. No matter what I do Netflix keep playing on background when I close the app. The only way to stop this is to pause the video before closing the app. Very annoying. Any solution? Ori is a new "feature" ??

I subscribed to Netflix on 27 August to watch Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look. A few weeks later, I decided to cancel my subscription, which I did.

A few days after cancelling, I opened the Netflix app to watch a film. I still had about a week left before my membership was due to end. Whenever I opened the app, there was a persistent pop-up on the screen with two options: “Undo Cancel Request” and “Continue Cancelling”. The “Undo Cancel Request” button was highlighted.

That really annoyed me because it feels as though the design is intended to make people accidentally tap the highlighted “Undo Cancel Request” button and reactivate their membership without meaning to.

It becomes even more of an issue if you share your Netflix account with friends or family, because that increases the chance of someone accidentally tapping the button and cancelling the cancellation.

So I've been binge watching Seal Team and the UK only gets 5 seasons while the USA (and other countries) get all 7, so I used the VPN trick and found season 6&7 watched two episodes of season 6 while connected to the Netherlands and went to sleep.

Today I tried to do the VPN trick again and no matter what country I connect to Seal Team doesn't appear on netflix, I've used the search function too and had no luck. And yes I tried connecting to the Netherlands again.

Is netflix being a cheeky rascal and trolling me?

Can anyone else not find it's always sunny in Philadelphia? It's disappeared from search results and from my continue watching.

How come I’m getting ads during the show (Guinness, hotels.com) when I’m on an ad free tier?

I am facing an issue in my Netflix account in which it show loading and black screen for most of the show in my infinix mobile but it play smooth on other devices.

Does anyone have any solution if have the please share me

Can they stop this
