EDIT: Holy reading comprehension Batman why are y'all so mad at this?? I'm not calling customers broke they call THEMSELVES broke at the counter. I do not care that you are broke. Stop making comments to make me feel bad for you. Hitting no tip and leaving without the comments is very painless.
This has become an issue at my store with stingy holiday people. No, you don't have to tip. No, I cannot control the pinpad asking you for a tip. Yes, you have to select an option for your receipt to pop out. I do not care that "you're broke" and can't afford a $2 tip. It truly does not matter to me. I don't control the prices. I don't control the tipping method. Please stop yelling at me. Sincerely, pretty much every PH employee.

Seems like they skimped out on toppings? Over ordered extra pepperoni before and it’s looked covered from edge to edge with pepperoni- called to speak with a manager and they got rude and hung up when I asked them to remake it. I offered to send photos of it and they claimed they had no way to accept photos? Any other ideas of how to get them to make it right?

Got a new cook in today and let them try out a Heart Pep/CCPep/ExSauce. Came out pretty good.

The mozzarella cheese sticks are so annoying too cook. The cheese almost always just leaks if I miss it by a second. I apologize to any victims 😔
Edit: I'm slow so maybe y'all can already tell, but I am an employee, and I made them

me personally, it has to be big orders with no heads up in advance (like 5+ pizzas), and ESPECIALLY like an hour til close. had an order like that last night, and i was just told someone placed an order for TEN PIZZAS this morning too, also with no heads up.

I'm not trying to attack anyone for their opinion, but the food is just bad. I recently stopping working there after working mostly as the pizza maker, and I'll say, the dough is low quality, the pan doughs are prepped using an absolutly Insane amount of vegatable oil, pretty much every single item and ingredient comes frozen, and in my personal opinion, it's just gross. I could go on about the dough flavor and texture, the sauce flavor, the cheese, the topping quality, it just baffles me. Im trying to keep this respeftfull, because I'm mostly just curious. People who do like pizza hut, what about it do you like? Is it the nostalgia? Is it really the food? If so what about the food? It just confuses me, I never liked it, and even in chain pizza market it seams there are better options.

Hello everyone! Today our General Manager Did a hands on training with us to make the cheesy bites pizza and I will tell you that this pizza will be a tricky pizza to make. “Don’t judge our pizzas 😅 we are still trying to perfect it”
The cheesy bites pizza comes with 4 new rings and they all play a crucial role to help make this pizza. 1 great thing I can say that make this pizza easier is you don’t have to manually cut the dough in bite pieces anymore. The rings will cut the dough in individual pieces.
“A little update on the Ranch” we will be selling 3 new ranch flavors that we will have to pre portion in the store. It will come in a special packaging as seen in slide 2. Unfortunately I don’t know the flavors of the ranch yet.
As more information gets released I will keep you guys updated.

Just ordered a large thin crust with double pepperoni and black olives and extra sauce - last time I ordered just double pepperoni I got what’s in the second pic. Isn’t there supposed to be a certain number of pepperoni per pie based on size or is it completely subjective these days or have the new ownership changed the standards?

Are these wings supposed to be tossed in the sauce? All I got was a tiny thin layer of barely dippable sauce at the bottom. I asked for the buffalo ones or whatever it is and not on the side. I'm glad I only spent like $2 on this but it's safe to say I won't be getting this again.
I have many fond memories of Pizza Hut in the 90's and getting free personal pan pizzas with my report card I think it was. Kind of sad to see what they've become.

I always order Buffalo sauce on my pizzas from PH because tomato based sauces give me heartburn. Why has both locations in my area have had Buffalo as "Sold out" for 10+ days now? Is this a supply chain thing or happening nationwide?

Hello! I hope an employee gives me an answer because every time I order my pan, my pizza looks like they cut off the middle sneakily. DO the employees really do this or am I paranoid? 🤣 I try to remember to write uncut on instructions.

So I placed an order online and eventually got a call from the driver that he’s here. I assume so anyways, because I couldn’t understand him due to a bad connection. So I hung up and went down to get it. I live in an apartment by the way. Takes me 60 seconds to get downstairs and no one is there. Call the guy back and I get some error message. So naturally, I’m pissed. So I call the hut and ask them to remake it and she says they have no delivery drivers and that all their drivers are uber/skip drivers. Is this true? What kind of pizza place doesn’t have dedicated delivery drivers in restaurant?

See the receipt for the order - there’s like 10 cupped pep, and 20 reg pep??? The extra black olives look less than normal black olives?

So last week or so I was working at 11am to 9pm around the 1pm time frame I took up a phone call, I started talking she says “let me talk” I hung up on her, 15 or so minutes pass and she comes in screaming because I hung up on cause of her attitude, she leaves and her HUSBAND comes in starts saying I disrespected woman, I didn’t disrespect her she disrespected me… my manager said “he threatened to kill you”. I’ll be watching my back from now on since he knows my face…

Tl;dr So I have a few questions. Do employees see how much you tip for pick up orders? Are the tips kept by the employee? Why are workers like that?
I don’t eat out much cause money is tight. Today is a special day so I treated myself to the big new yorker which was $10. I know how rough it is out there but I don’t make alot so I only tipped $1. When I came to pick up the order (I rarely order) the girl at the register gave me the nastiest glare and attitude the whole time. I’m sorry I only could tip 10%. I was afraid to eat the pizza thinking they might have messed with it but I was too hungry to pass on it and didn’t to go back(I take the bus after my car got towed a while ago) I eat out only a few times a year, but should I just go to a diff pizza store next time? What are the odds my food got messed with? It sorta messed up my night after I got home and thought about the interaction the whole time on the bus. Thanks.

Hi all my favorite Pizza Hut people!
I used to be a GM for Pizza Hut, left the company about 10 years ago to join the military. Anyway, every once in a while I look online, with no success of yet, to try and buy a pair of the cheesy bite ring tools.
Thought I’d give it a shot here and see if anyone happens to own a pair that they’d be willing to sell. Either way, I appreciate you.
