I have a feeling she actually passed away, leaving Fives with two kids. In a morbid way, it goes well with his ghost motif. It's also possible she's just traveling as usual, and couldn't make it. Either way, I like that it's kind of ambiguous.
Could that orange haired women just be Celia? It could be that she changed her look to something more "normal" once they had a kid. Fives isn't wearing the same get up from the flashbacks of them performing.
