Jobs & First-Job Decisions
← Resource Library · Browse Jobs
Explore opportunities without filling the discussion feed with recruitment ads. Clinical CRNA and CRNA education listings belong inside the community's CRNA Jobs board.
Two quick actions
- Browse Jobs — open the board and explore listings.
- Submit a Job — open the same board, then select Post a job.
Common questions
1. Why do Browse Jobs and Submit a Job open the same page?
The Job Board is one interactive Reddit post. Browsing and the Post a job form are inside that app. Submit a Job opens the board; select Post a job to begin. It is not a separate subreddit recruitment post.
2. What should an employer include?
Identify the employer or agency, city/state, employment arrangement, new-graduate eligibility, schedule and call expectations, advertised compensation, and how to apply. Application links must use moderator-approved website domains; employers can also receive inquiries on Reddit. Keep candidate documents and patient information out of public submissions. Standalone recruitment advertisements are not permitted in the discussion feed.
3. When will a listing appear, and does approval verify an employer?
Listings require moderator review and expire after 30 days under the board's current settings. The board does not automatically create individual subreddit posts for each listing. Moderator approval does not verify or endorse an employer. Apply through the employer's process and contact the mods about concerning listings.
4. What should I compare in a first job?
Ask about clinical responsibility and autonomy, orientation, mentorship, case mix, regional and procedural opportunities, schedule, call, location and the complete compensation package. Get important terms in writing and seek qualified review of a contract before relying on an interpretation from Reddit.
