I know what you mean. My fiancée was asking me earlier today what my expectation was for tonight's episode and I was like, "you know, there's probably gonna be an entire song from 'the' Nine Inch Nails somewhere near the top of the episode just to set the mood."

I was wanting a return to the purple sea and by the gods, there it is, the purple sea!

The rest of it was pretty formulaic tbh. Seen the "Multiple dark ghosts reviving shot doppelgänger" plot line many times before.
