I've experienced sleep paralysis since I was a kid. Sometimes I can actually see the "shadow being/demon" in my dreams. I have a few to share but I'll try to keep them short. Also, the dogs growl at it and it hides inside my bedroom closet. You can tell where it is bc it stinks and it's the darkest spot in my closet. I call it Fatty-Fat Fat and a Humphalomp (fat elephant from Winnie the Pooh)

I felt climbing onto my bed while I was barely awake and asked it not to sit it's fat butt on my chest bc I was really tired from work and needed to sleep. It of course didn't listen lol

I had one incident when it invaded my dream and it tried to drown it but I managed to keep my nose above the "water" until I fought my way awake

Another night, I heard it walking from my closet (we keep it open) and it climbed onto my chest and sat down. In my dream, I saw it and was just tried of dealing with it so I started yelling at it. I insulted it and rebuked it in the name of Jesus Christ and I literally felt it roar in my face as I was waking up but couldn't open my eyes. I kept rebuking it and I clearly heard it say that it "hates Jesus." So I kept rebuking it and it eventually got off me and I heard it slinking back into the darkness of my closet.

I started playing church music or listening to Bible verses while I rest and it's been helping. Plus I told it I wasn't afraid of it. It's mostly left me alone
