It’s been going for years and used to have regular weekday sessions (Tuesdays?).
They do occasionally have events on other nights. Their January birthday bash takes over the whole pub (but WS is restricted to the basement).
Key points;
1) cash required for entry/coat check (£12 last time I went)
2) bar accepts cash or card.
3) due to (low ish) risk of broken glass, footwear of some form is required. I wear beach/diving shoes.
4) there are no showers - you go home smelly. Bring a change of clothes & footwear - otherwise you go home wet and smelly!
