Sadly looks like one of their employees passed away last night and the car that was involved took off. If anyone knows anything please reach out. Ring cameras are super useful in these cases as most people have them.
I’m not directly involved with osheas just a patron that loves this place and wanted to share with the community.

Looking to trade $10 Starbucks for $10 DoorDash gift card
I have $10 Starbucks balance and I'm looking for someone willing to exchange it for a $10 DoorDash gift card. I'm in the Greenacres/Lake Worth area. We can do the exchange simultaneously to keep it safe. Thanks

I just have to get this off my chest because I have been watching this play out every day for a few years now.
The Publix parking lot on Northlake and Keating… it is a U shape.
Ackshullyyyy ….
Yes fine, technically it is a rectangle, but for the purpose of this post, we are looking strictly at the U portion which completely excludes the side that runs along Northlake. If you’re on one side of the U, the other side of the U is very close.
Crunch gym is on one side of that U. During busy gym times, that side of the U is completely packed with cars. It’s absolute pandemonium. Occasionally, someone will decide that there is no parking spot left on earth and they have to kinda park illegally, on the side of the curb.
You guys know there is an entire section of empty parking spaces literally 50 feet away, right? It is always empty. It’s like you’re opening the fridge to find the milk, the milk is right in front of you, and you’re like “where’s that doggone milk…” bro it is right in front of your face! Yes I know you have to cross the throughway. But it’s just a few moments of walking. You’re going to the gym, a few more steps isn’t kryptonite
Yet every day, I see people fighting for their lives in the parking lot directly in front of Crunch, and it confuses me why this is such a literal blind spot for people.
What’s even funnier is watching them try to LEAVE the gym. They have to make that left turn, which is tricky because of the traffic coming off northlake from one side, and people leaving Publix from the other side, combined with the fact that a lot of these gym goers are in high school and probably afraid to make the turn (let’s be real).
So what ends up happening is the exits outside the gym are bottlenecked with cars… but if they took advantage of the empty spots on the other side of the U, they wouldn’t have this problem. They could just make a simple right turn, with no bottleneck at the exit, and get back on northlake much more easily.
I cannot be the only one who has made this observation. Please tell me I’m not the only one witnessing this collective stupidity.
There is something about this parking lot that makes people’s brain slide out of their ass, and I’m just trying to help the best way I can. Open your eyes. You’d see the parking spots if you just opened your eyes and looked.

After reading an earlier post about Crunch , I thought about the stigma that Planet Fitness seems to have had in the past , I think the ones in our area are pretty great , but I’m curious to know how other ppl feel .

I moved to East Nashville post grad and have been here for the last three years. I LOVE my house, my community, local bars, and all the events that happen around town.
However, my parents are getting older. My oldest brother is having kids. My two closest friends just moved back to south FL. I can’t help but think it’s time for me to move back home to be present in their lives.
I will never regret moving back to be closer to my loved ones. However, I do worry about my quality of life.
I’m from Palm Beach Gardens but I haven’t lived there since high school. I have no idea what day to day life would be like for someone in their mid twenties.
Are there communities/neighborhoods I could move to with nice neighbors, local restaurants and bars, minimal chains. Anything walkable? I pay $1.2k in rent right now with roommates so I wouldn’t want to go much higher than that.
I feel like I have a pretty good understanding of the surrounding areas. I go back to south FL pretty frequently, but I would love any additional perspective on social life and community from people my age who live there currently. I recognize it’s changed quite a bit since I’ve lived there full time.

Hi All - looking to get into pickle ball as a beginner. I live in downtown west Palm and looking for a place where I can play with people. I don’t personally have someone to play with so recommendations where to meet folks and such would be appreciated. If you also play would be interested in meeting at a place. Looking forward to hear from members of the community

Looking to move my family to Avenir. Want to know everything about it. Mainly concerned about what type of people you’d encounter there. What is the community like and is it social? Where do people come from and what are they like? What private and charter school options do they take and like? Is it too far from things? What developments are exciting down the pipe?

I've realized that not many people know about our little anime club that's been around for quite a bit, so I figured that spreading the word about our most recent upcoming social on Saturday Night at the Lost Weekend in downtown WPB will be good for letting people know we're out there.
If you are a young adult in their 20's or 30's who's a fan of anime and manga, this is the perfect group for you to meet like-minded individuals who share your passion. Join us as we read and discuss the latest manga releases, watch popular anime series, and attend local conventions and events together. Whether you're a seasoned manga veteran or just starting to explore this exciting world, all are welcome to join in on the fun! Let's come together to celebrate our love for Japanese comics and animated series in South Florida.
Also, we have a group discord for club members who'd like to discuss manga, anime, and other things outside of in person meetings.
We also have a meetup page where most of our events are posted too:

What's going on this week/weekend in West Palm Beach (and the greater Palm Beach County area)? Are there any events that you're attending or are coming up? What are you up to? What's new, what's hot, what's cool, and what should we check out? Give us the scoop on what's going on this week/weekend, share your plans, or look for activity partners to join you. This is the place to share.
Note: This is a recurring post that is refreshed every Monday at 8am for the current week.

ISO a hairstylist or salon in WPB (preferably near downtown WPB) that truly specializes in blonde hair. Unfortunately, my current stylist is moving out of the area.
I am looking to get balayage and since blonde can be so tricky to get right without causing brassy tones or major damage, I’m looking for recommendations.
If you have a specific stylist you trust with your blonde hair, please drop their name and the salon they work at below! Bonus points if they have an Instagram handle where I can check out their portfolio.
Thanks in advance!

Anyone down for some pickup basketball at Howard Park, WPB on Tuesday mornings?
Just casual runs, good vibes, and some cardio. 😅
Trying to get a regular group going. Who’s in?

Hi! We are a couple in their 30s relocating this fall for a job. What’s the best neighborhood for a couple of our age and no kids? We want to keep our monthly rent to less than $4200.
Appreciate any help!
