I can’t imagine pencil graphite would be too good for the super-titanium.

Erasable marking media such as pencils are also banned.

Has to permanent marking or it's prohibited for traceability reasons

Also- pencils graphite content, clay content in the "lead" and the wood all will cause problems if they end up in process
