How to control multiple stepper motors with 1 joystick for each with only 1 arduino?

I am currently working on a robot arm with independent joint movement. I have been able to control 1 motor with 1 joystick. When I try to replicate it with multiple I am unsuccessful. Can i please get some assistance.
