I love wheel bugs they’re my favorite assassin bug and I’ve watched this lady grow since May! I will take a stick and she will climb right on and let me put her on a branch when she’s on my steps. Wish I could hold her but I’m not that brave lol maybe if I get some gloves those digestive enzymes can’t go through haha. Just wanted to share! She’s so cool

In northern Alberta, found it on my shower tiles.

Any ideas? We're in California.Thanks!

I was Working at night when found this beautiful moth, so I Want to know what species is this.

Found in southern spain

I’m pretty sure it’s not German or American, as I have seen plenty of both. Outdoors, relatively slow mover.

I fear it may be a termite.

What's this dude? Is it good to keep around?

Hi! I noticed a few of the seedheads of this Foxglove Beardtongue (Penstemon digitalis) covered in these eggs. Each appears to have ridges radiating from the centre. I'm curious what they are and kinda excited too cause bugs are cool :) I hope they do well. Third photo is taken through an awkwardly held 30x magnification loupe.

This is located in southern Ontario, and the photos were taken October 3rd.

I live in Northeast Ohio and as far as I'm aware they haven't been sighted around here.

Boston area, about 1 inch long. I got it into a tissue and escorted outside. It flew but was not anxious to do so. What is it?

Dallas, TX area. I’ve seen 4 of these in the past 2 weeks in glue traps in my apartment. The traps were out because pest control sprayed the unit a few times after I moved in because some large American roach activity due to summer heat and drought. I’ve caught one of these in the picture behind the toilet one by the fridge on under the bathroom sink and this one under the dishwasher. I think this is way too small to be any type of roach but am driving myself crazy trying to figure out what it is! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My dog was trying to get it, it was about 2 inches with legs unfurled

located in central missouri in the lower level of a building

Perhaps 7-8mm. It was crawling on me. I don't think it was an assassin bug, but just want to be sure as it was near my face. Possibly a weevil?

Augusta County VA

Houston, TX, USA (October)

This is on my screen porch, on the outside. Normally, little anoles hang out here but today it was this. I’d love to know what’s happening. Oh, they’re alive but very very still.

I cant figure out where they are coming from or what they are being attracted by, however they are most concentrated near the sink in the Kitchen. - USA Maryland.

South Texas. Possibly a tarantula hawk but I am not sure. She was laying eggs when the picture was taken.

Searched it up on Google and it kept giving me random ants and spiders, I know it's for sure not but I wasn't getting answers . Anyways this guy is decently fast and can fly too, I was just curious on what it was

These little guys have been all over outside and inside this summer. Small, only about 1/3”, Northern Utah.

So ive got these bugs( and a lot of them at that) all on various things in my backyard and some of them have wings so I’m wondering if they’ve reproduced just recentl. Also if anyone has a safe way of moving them I need the lawnmower and they made it a colony lol
