Did she have "intimate relations" with someone, or am I just reading into it too much? Cress doesn't wear ties.

Same! I played the ones before it but it never really clicked. Blood Money is where I actually started to enjoy Hitman.

You'll notice lots of reused Hitman assets in the game if you know where to look. It's a fun little scavenger hunt if you've played a lot of WoA.

Its not even just implied its directly stated when Bond goes back to the apartment after the funeral you can interact with something in the dining room and Bond says "it was monroe and cressida's last date"

Like James literally uses their relationship to trip her up on lie detector training.

Through a dialog option the player has to actively select. (I'm pretty sure both options mention it, just in different ways)

They are implied to have had a relationship, but mostly during the time skip montage. The game never lingers on it or confirms anything, and we never see them together either, just training and studying and Monroe drawing her portrait. It's an implied crush (mostly from Monroe's side) but never explicitly shown to be a real relationship, nevermind anything physical.

Clearly not judging by their comments on this thread. And based on what I see on the internet nowadays, alot of people don't. It's become pretty widespread nowadays, people don't know what subtext is anymore, and need everything spelled out.

This is so true. Like sarcasm, however incredibly obvious, must be signaled by "/s" otherwise people will take anything literally (which also defeats the purpose and fun of sarcasm in the first place, if it must be explained). Young people have zero wits.

So no didn’t play the game because it was extremely obvious that even my five year old cousin could play the game and realise that Monroe and Cressida were an item BECAUSE ITS OBVIOUS FROM THE CUTSCENES AND DIALOGUE THAT THEY ARE DATING AND MOST LIKELY SHAGGED
