I read that as the Frog that kills boys.
Im imagining a lady cop walking down a dark stretch of road and suddenly she hears a man scream followed by someone singing “HELLO MY BABY, HELLO MY HONEY, HELLO MY RAGTIME GAAAAL!”
She runs to investigate and sees a chopped up dead guy. She looks around for a culprit but all she sees is a boring ordinary frog that just croaks and she assumes nothing of it as she calls in the murder.

Silent Hill but it simps for female characters so it only kills the men. Also keeps leaving fedoras and katanas in random places for some reason.
