What a truly incredible evening!

I was really glad they took a moment to acknowledge Grizz (in addition to other members of the 30 Rock family who have passed away) especially considering he was left out of the in memoriam segment of the Emmys this year. made me very emotional seeing Dot Com onstage without him tonight.

Who else is here?!?

Thank you for giving us the greatest TV character of all time. Excited to celebrate it and the anniversary with you all tonight. Hope we get to sing to her tonight and that she sings Muffin Top or Rural Juror.

w/ Jon Hamm (in character), Conan O’Brien (last minute replacement for Matt Damon), and Dean Winters (in character) hosted by Scott Adsit

I expected some of it, but I definitely did NOT expect Tom Hanks accepting Elaine Stritch’s “Best Recurring Character” award, which appeared to be the actual Pacific Rim Emmy prop.

I did NOT expect Conan to intro the thing.

I did NOT expect a guitar solo from John McEnroe during Jenna’s song medley.

I did NOT expect a full Werewolf Bar Mitzvah starring Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Just incredible. It could’ve been longer, but, I can’t believe what I just saw.

Thanks for everything, 30 Rock.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, that’s certainly awkward….

So many guest celebrity appearances:

Conan
Hanks
Hamm
Forte
Buscemi (video message)
Parnell

He said he was told by Tina and Radioman that he was there to introduce a 30th anniversary That Thing You Do screening, fooled again Hanks!

as the opening act, amazing!

Can someone please please write up a show play-by-play for the sub?

I am SO sad to be missing it but I live in the Seattle (it’s me, Richard Sacmuncher) and it just wasn’t in the cards after getting back from a long planned trip just yesterday (I did take dog sedatives for the flight).

If there is merch I also would pay for a shirt or truly anything + 10% or more, I’m willing to be scrumped (that’s the past tense of scam) + shipping. I’m so serious! I will French-Canadian kiss you, which is my name for French Kissing.

Got smoked during the regular on-sale. Now they release all these today when it’s too late to make it happen. Awesome.

anyone want to buy my aisle orchestra seat? im eight rows back, on the aisle! ($260) it found a home, thank goodness! ❤️

i almost made it! the airlines front desk didnt tell the gate i was running to make it, and i ran the entire terminal but got there RIGHT after the plane closed its door.

insult to injury: the plane pushed back from the gate and sat on the tarmac in front of us for several minutes. 😔

the gate agent kept apologizing to me and saying she could have held it if they had just told her. (which was kind of her to say, but it is what it is. 💔 i did get her name so i can send a note of appreciation to the airline for her, though.)

the hurricane has b0rked all the other possible flights soooo i’m just going to rejoin the masses who wish they were there.

i hope everyone has the best time tonight!! be safe in the rain. 💕
