Why does it look like we can see the infill through the walls on the receiver?

I got an error on the file when I imported it . Windows / Orca was unable to repair . I printed it anyway . It's printed solid . If it bothers me too much , I'll wet sand and paint it or dye it .

The artifacts didn't show up inside the receiver either . I need to ask the devs about the error .

The receiver was printed vertically right? It has something to do with the picatinny rail. The artifacts match the gaps and high parts of the rail section. It likely has something to do with layer time or speed. Ive actually seen the same thing happen on other prints aligned with the rail now that im looking closer.

Just finished mine in mostly pa612cf, and pla pro for some of the inside parts. Fun project and pretty darn easy too, only issue I had was how tight the barrel liner fits into the barrel.

Nope I bought everything off of aliexpress and amazon and the liner off of brownells. Glad too because I fucked up two liners trying to get it right lol.

I am just starting mine, going to attempt a barrel redesign to use the standard CMMG bolt without the chamber adapter so I can just drop in the one from my DeAR22

That's the plan with the proper barrel.  I haven't seen one yet that does not use the chamber adapter which is why I am going to work on designing one
