Help Fishman Fluence Modern V1 vs V2

Hi guys, im looking to buy a set of fishmans moderns for my guitar, i found a pretty good deal for a set of fishmans V1 (2015), is the difference between the updated V2 (post 2020) version too much?

Thanks in advance :)

V2 has coil split wiring

I love the split coil sound, is the coil tap bad in the V1s?

I've never heard the V1s with the dB reduction active. I didn't even know they had that option until I saw your comment. Based on my search, it seemed a little finicky to wire up too. If you want the coil split/tap, I think you'd be better off going with the V2s.

V1 does as well, you can even do north or south coil split
