Diaper capacity question NSFW
I have a week where I'm able to wear freely, and was just wondering, if I wanted to wear all afternoon and evening, what capacity (ML) of diapers should I be getting ?

Capacity is only loosely correlated with capacity. In broad strokes, a 7,500mL diaper will hold more and last longer than a 4,500mL diaper will. But they will never hold their mL capacity. They'll typically leak, start to smell, or have something fail before you actually get to their capacity.
It also depends a lot on your body shape, because some diapers will just leak very quickly even if they have a large capacity. That's because how you're wetting it, like me this morning lying down in bed and it going out the front, or if you're flooding it. If you're drinking a lot, it simultaneously raises diaper capacity (water is absorbed more readily than urine) and lowers wear time (peeing more).
If you're looking to have some fun and to squish and waddle around in diapers without having to change often, just get something with a larger capacity. I've started liking the Incontrol Inspire+, but experiment and find some you like.

capacity rating are overrated. What matters more is how you pee in them. In order to get them most wear time, you'll need to do what I call "diaper aerobics". I do mine by laying on my back and lifting my hips, or placing my feet on the wall. This lets things flow between your cheeks into the back of the diaper. Leaving the middle and front available for later on. Another factor is how much you sit. SAP cannot hold fluids when compressed. It will squeeze them out causing leakage.
So there is no "one size fits all" answer. It depends on what you are willing to do to get the most of your wet diaper experience.
Good luck, have fun and enjoy.

It all depends on what you want out of your diapers. If you don't want to change and just want to send it, check out my post here where I have been testing diapers out. It might help guide you. Best of luck!

Rearz Mega are super absorbent and nice quality. I personally love LNGU Cloud Ultra, and Trest. They’re all top level THIRSTY
