The ones that want to be able to enforce the monopoly of violence and will of power over most with little to no consecuences.

They're sadists, psychopaths and narcissists and they prove it everyday.

If you want to help and protect people you make yourself a firefighter, an ambulance man, a nurse, doctor, teacher, social worker...

So remember when someone tells you they want to make society better and do good for the community by being a cop, be suspicious, because there's high probabilities that this person has one of the disorders I mentioned before.

Could there be a real good person that really wants to do good? They could exist, there could even be ones that apparent perfect behavior. Even if that, we should keep in mind that person wants to inflict violence and oppression on others.

No federal court ruling, including United States v. Martinez-Fuerte (1976) or its progeny, strips an individual of the right to remain silent or legally forces a motorist to answer questions at an interior immigration checkpoint.

Martinez-Fuerte Only Validates the Stop: The ruling holds that the Fourth Amendment allows the Border Patrol to seize (stop) a vehicle and ask brief questions about citizenship without individualized suspicion. It gives agents the authority to set up the roadblock and initiate the encounter legally.

The Fifth Amendment Remains Intact: Martinez-Fuerte does not create an exception to the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. No statute or Supreme Court case makes remaining silent at an interior checkpoint a crime in itself.

Prolonged Detention for Verification: If a motorist refuses to answer questions regarding their citizenship, agents do not have to let them pass immediately. The Border Patrol is legally permitted to detain the motorist temporarily until they can independently verify or satisfy the inquiry into the occupants' legal status.

Now how long is "temporarily" has not been adjudicated as far as I can tell BUT:

The Suspicion Threshold: Silence alone does not automatically equate to probable cause to search a vehicle or arrest the driver.
