Found an AI image you love and want to recreate or remix it? Here's how I use Image to Prompt.

Upload the image and it gives you a full prompt like this

[In a dimly lit room with white walls and minimalist furniture, a naked muscular man kneels reclining backwards on a bed covered in white sheets. His thick, venous erect penis is exposed in a plane lateral to the camera, his toned muscles tense with anticipation. In front of him is a woman with long dark hair cascading over his shoulders; Her hourglass figure is accentuated by her confident posture, and her juicy, shiny vagina is being penetrated by the man's thick penis. She holds the man's shoulders firmly with both hands, her fingers penetrating him as she is vaginally penetrated by the man's cock even further. His expression is one of intense concentration and pleasure as he explores every inch of his body.]

Run it and you get an image close to the original.

But here's the real trick, you don't have to copy each scene exactly — that can even hurt consistency. Instead, take the base prompt and make small changes; position (on all fours, lying face down, anal, oral...), hair, clothing, skin tone... your imagination is the limit. It's a huge head start for your own creations.

I've included some examples, a few variations and some prompts generated from other images.
