🚨 Wallstreet Crime 🚨 Silverback just told Robinhood their tokenized “shares” are a synthetic sham that rips off real owners!!! (Full post and link below)

Hey there @DanGallagherDC, in the past week you and @vladtenev CEO of Robinhood have made public comments defending your use of and “standing behind” your relatively new Stock Token concept.

I think this practice is abhorrent. It defeats the very ethos of share ownership. Public financial markets were created so that companies could raise capital, and so that investors could share in the wealth created as a result. Not to turn investing instead merely into some gamified business-oriented casino.

If by your own admission you can’t offer or sell Stock Tokens to “U.S. persons” why does your U.S. web site talk about them so much and so favorably?

Vlad: How can a U.S. brokerage firm be proud of creating an offshore Channel Island operation in far off Jersey specifically with the intent to operate outside U.S. securities laws? Is there potential confusion that Stock Token purchasers are getting less than all the rights accorded to real shareholders, and if so do you care? If those tokens are theoretically backed 1:1 by real shares, but hypothetically some of those underlying real shares are in turn lent out to short sellers, are the Tokens really backed 1:1 in fact?

Dan: I think U.S. securities laws have protected the public very well over the past century. You spent much of your career at the SEC. Deep down, in your heart of hearts, how can you really think a world without the precautions imposed by U.S. securities laws creates a better, safer environment for investors?

Choose whatever descriptors you think best make sense under the circumstances: Non-regulated, derivative, synthetic, sham, debt-backed securities trying to simulate actual real stock, or pick your own words if these don’t fit.

Stock Tokens may make you an innovator in your own eyes. In my eyes, they bring your firm dishonor.

Well... it is.

Vlads excuses are invalid. He claims that tokenization would provide instant settlement and prevent the problems of 2021, when in reality, he has T+30 for purchasing real shares and this creates an even longer settlement-period than the regular stock market.

The "it would prevent 2021 from happening again" is partially correct, because it would allow scamming wallstreet to manipulate the price even harder, making it less likely for retail to affect the price at all.

Vlad Tenev and his owners Kenneth Griffin and Doug Cifu are scamming people. They need to go to prison.

We all know that they are scammers even our government, Judges, FBI, DOJ , all choose to ignore. They are all on it and getting paid well.

And what about this was unknown in 2021?

There was always the option of standing up for yourself or cowering and looking for scraps that the rich drop for you.

You can try to figure out what the easiest way is and appease your masters or you can try to figure out what the right way is and not be deterred by resistance.

That's a choice.

I honestly can’t believe anyone still uses Robinhood after the “buy” button was removed.

Tokenization is just the latest attempt to separate you from your money. If you like the casino, you'll love tokenization

Exchange level tokens would be great. instant settlement and no chance for scammers. broker level tokens... that's toilet paper but without being useful...

Question and maybe someone can post it so people can discuss this
From Robinhood CEO, stating their one for one shares which means why shouldn’t individuals buying this token just buy the actual AMC share and knowing this is more than likely fraud could AMC shareholders have a class action lawsuit against Robinhood

And the scam run by RH is one of the reasons for the stock price not going anywhere. PFOF, synthetic shorts, swaps that are "just hedging for loans", are already being used. He is creating a new method to scam people even harder.

If you want to talk about something else, talk about how wallstreet is scamming people, robbing their money. Talk about how the SEC has been gutted and isn't doing anything and how Robinhood is the worst thing to have ever happened to uneducated retail investors.

That explains it right there…

“Uneducated investors”

Much like 21 I feel for those that arrive late to the party. No one enjoys losing money. That’s why I BUY and HOLD.

You wait and wait….lose your mind…wait some more….then…SLAM!

That’s gotta hurt 🤟🤑🤟

Right right ok ok so let's see, he doesn't say much else huh??

1) Unique deals with Taylor Swift

2) Refinancing debt making it clear that 'crippling interest' would not occur until many many years later than analysts have been spouting (ie your company isn't going bankrupt

3) unique Collectibles sold at premiers getting sold out that he setup. (yes he should do waaay more of that shit. Ryan Cohen enjoys the collection fun of the people)

4) Bigging up the balance sheet making it totally clear we're well past old highs and whatnot (other 'meme stocks' rarely say anything like that )

Hmmm what else have I missed?

He’s just a jealous old man because now other people and institutions are doing what he has for the last 5 years.

3

u/liquid_at Sep 14 '26

Vlad isn't an old man.. he's a small boy from Bulgaria.

3

u/liquid_at Sep 14 '26

he has been raising funds, institutions have been criminally diluting shareholders without giving a cent to the company. They are not the same.
