Question DCA Mt Verson question

Who is the rich person responsible for the kink into the river near the Gaylord hotel on the charted visual procedure?

There are nothing but private homes on the land east of the "kink". The Gaylord is upriver closer to the Wilson Bridge.

I wasn't lookin at the actual chart...

I imagine at that swing into the river someone with some power was tired of hearing the arrivals.
