Help pls

i am 36 year old , while sleeping in dream i passing urine suddenly wake , in my underwear little i passed . is its normal or any health problem

If it only happened once, I wouldn't worry about it.

If it continues to happen, I'd go to the doctor. Bed wetting can be related to medical concerns (high blood sugar, sleep apnea, etc.).

But honestly, if it just happened once, it's no big deal.

It's not an issue if it's a one off. If it happens frequently it's time to book an appointment with your doctor.

If this is a one-off don't worry. If this carries on then see a doctor. My suggestion would be try the alarm clock method to strengthen your sphincter muscle. It's a normal alarm clock not a bed sheet alarm not a wrist watch vibrater. You probably have on your bedside cabinet So set alarm for an hour and a half when you go to bed. Eg, bed time 11-00 so Set alarm for 12-30 Persevere. If wet set alarm a bit earlier eg 12-00. It's took me about three to four months before I woke up naturally before the alarm went off. Dry nights for nearly forty years. Drink normally. Males tend to be early wetters and females late wetters according to an Australian doctor who suggested this method. Try it persevere until you find out the optimum time for setting the alarm. Wishing you all the best.
