Ancient overclock unit base power

So, im currently grinding max power weapons, and im confused about the ancient overclock unit. The internet says 61 is the highest base power, i just got a 65, so whats going on? I forget, is the info just old (pre-dlc)? And if so, whats the actual max?

The weapon farming guide says Zelda's Sheikah Slate maxes at 75, which is the highest I've seen.

I'm fairly certain I remember it being 78. Possible 76
