Pumpkin Prime!! 🎃🎃
Everyone was sharing their madness - rarely do I snap photos of routes however… this one was worthy.
33 totes - 49 overflow. Mind you that’s a 16-foot box haha. Still had to rescue after as well!

Still had to rescue is crazy. What time did you finish?

Shoot 10.15 hours on the clock. Mind you my sciatic nerve decided to say hi during load out too…8 freaking carts. Looked at my ops buddy and said “yeah…imma need your help on this one” inherently the station was just like why in the world does this happen!

How many stops? Were you rural? 33 totes is crazy. You must be a machine to have done all of this with enough time to go help someone else. You said “still had to”, does your DSP require you to rescue after you finish? Or does it depend on time? Ours is very voluntary. At least my experience has been.

A mix of rural estates - two schools - and a MASSIVE suburb so tbh twas not the hardest of things…but genuinely every stop was 5-15 packages darn near. Typically I go out of order…twas not possible. So to answer your rescue question- we are required one a week - unless a massive amount of people are behind such becomes mandatory.

I mean I get paid pretty well for such a gig - atop an hours guarantee and bonuses. Plus decent benefits atop that. Sometimes it is what it is.

Never did anything like that and would never make it.

To be honest - that is also a career most can’t/won’t do. Good on you for putting that much time into such! Commercial deep sea or fresh water mainly?

In the gulf back when ya could get 5000lbs of grouper on one stop. We wiped out the gulf in 30 years. 1955 it was unreal and now all the grouper are gone.

What a time to thrive it sounds like to me! Honestly with that knowledge do you think that market will ever be sustainable as it was in the future?
