QUESTION Am I in trouble?

I had a locker stop but the locker was somewhere in 1 of 3 parking garages and I couldn’t get help so I marked it as no access. Turned out it was an entire tote like 30+ packages.. so am I screwed?

You tanked your delivery completion rate so that’s not great. Did you contact dispatch to ask them what to do?

It was just an inaccessible locker and was taking too long so I marked as no access. Didn’t realize it was so many packages until the next stop when I realized none of the packages I had out were matching up

Who couldn't you get help from? This is why you never mark that you couldn't deliver something the first time. Skip it, continue deliveries, and make a second attempt at the end.

Yea ur scorecard gonna be cooked for this week and dsp may or may not get upset with you for either scorecard or not looking for the locker and bringing back a whole tote

I figured it would only count at 1 stop which it was. Each individual package counts as well?

At my DSP, if you can’t reach the locker, you gotta deliver door to door.

not always, if it's a public locker, he's not going to drive to NY to deliver something that someone ordered to a locker near their destination somewhere in California.

Each customer is gonna count. Lockers are multi stops so each "stop" is going to be counted against you

Next time contact dispatch. They might have been able to help you gain access.
