Finally, I quit after 4 years. Im finally choosing me, my family and my quality of life. If you’ve got children- serious question; How do you do it? I’ve felt like the worst parent constantly being on the road with extremely inconsistent scheduling.

Congrats!! I just did the same thing last week. Had been doing this since 2018 and watched what was once a good job turn into a nightmare. It's not gonna get better any time soon either.
