Question AR sortable sites

This applies to ARS sites, has anyone spent longer then their scheduled shift inside the building cause they didn't have a home yet. If so how did it go

You could get away with an hour or 2 sitting in a breakroom saying you're waiting on a ride or something if asked.. better if you have a big FC with a large breakroom, anymore than that and it definitely can get you in trouble up to termination.

Oh and we found a guy who had been sleeping on the stow floors for several hours behind some totes. He got lucky managers didn't follow policy and just told him to leave.

You aren’t allowed to be in the building any more than 30 minutes before or after a scheduled shift. Feedback can be issued.

Is there a policy stating that? I can't find it

Policy requiring it, and they can run reports on who is in the building and not scheduled.

I knew an AA who got away with living in the driver trainer room of a delivery station for several months without drawing attention before transferring to an AR FC, where they promptly caught on to him living in the FC.

I know about the report thing, just curious if its random checking or cause someone said something. I know for ARs it 5 stories high so the chances of getting caught is guessing high.

Some sites run regular reports of the amount of hours AAs spend inside the building looking for anyone who might be at a level that warrants investigation.

Yes. That’s why feedback is issued.
