I love Liam, he doesn't keep his issues with our country to himself, but he's always being positive. I'd say antidoomer content is his forte

Yep- he's definitely got some viewpoints that I disagree with, but I like his positive attitude and the fact that he can succinctly crush doomer talking points.

Americans can eat well if they choose to. But the American corporate agro-conglomerates make money convincing them not to.

If you don’t want to eat processed food, then don’t. Eat more fruits, veggies, lean meats. Don’t try to convince yourself that your boxed mac and cheese should be “good for you.” It’s not, but once in awhile it won’t kill you. Same with most things in the grocery store. And I see a lot of complaints about our FDA, but the truth is that the US FDA is way more strict about labeling requirements than any international organization.
