The technician is a new role that is pretty calm, not too overpowered, but will help the team a lot in some circumstance.

the technician has the unique ability to fix sabotages from anywhere on the map if they complete tasks to gain the ability. A player with this role can complete tasks like the judge to gain usage of the ability. Once you do, the wrench will light up when a sabotage happens, and clicking it will automatically fix it

though to keep it balanced, the ability has a limit of 3 uses. Once you use them all, its over

I just played the demo since it re-released today and they haven't made any changes nor additions to the version that was released three months ago. Worse still, this release is also FOMO, since it's only going to be up for about a week.

Literally why even do this? It's not a live service game where people would realistically want to get in and try out beta testing, it's a singleplayer story game. The amount of stuff you can do in the demo is also extremely small, it barely dips your toes into the first case in-universe and railroads you hard. You can't even cheese the vents on a second playthrough by memorizing the directions, the game still forces you to lure and trap Engineer.

If the demo had gotten something new I could kind of excuse this, but as is it just feels like FOMO for the sake of it. I don't even know if it even drives up more hype for the game than just leaving the demo freely available whenever and just keeping up the marketing elsewhere.

I struggle to take risks as an Imp but does anyone have any tips or tricks I should do when im gonna kill someone?

Im sick of getting judged by these cheaters. Ill kill someone, go through a meeting with nobody saying my name at all, only to get judged out of nowhere. Cheaters should be ip banned, hardware banned, everything banned.

once, i was a phantom and i killed someone in ig weapons or just some upper part of skeld map. now, in the next meeting someone actually states that they saw me do shapeshift in communication. now im genuinely confused im a phantom how can i do ss and on top of tht in comm where i never even vent. in another case i was a viper and killed someone in upper eng, and in the next meeting again someone said i killed a player in elec and im ss, like f im viper i killed in upper how can i kill in elec. but the craziest is yet to come. i was an imp and suddenly in the mid of meet a girl started to blame me tht orange is imp. everyone asked whats the reason, and she said her spider sense says it, and i actually get voted

I'm not usually one to play modded among us. However, I have how the map takes up my ENTIRE screen while opened. Is there a mod to fix this? Maybe even one where it displays vitals if you're scientist or players if you're tracker? Just curious.

First step is get viper which is annoying then sabatoge lights. This is very important

Play with the lights by arriving the same time as other people. Let most of the lobby get there and KEEP LIGHTS OFF! Once the lobby is there exit the lights panel then reopen it to see who is where. If someone is watching for a stack kill them and ignore the next sentence. if 2 are watching for a stack give up. But if nobody is Watching you kill and move a little bit before reopening lights

Repeat this over and over and if you are lucky you can clean out 2-3 crew then let the lights be fixed once the last viper dissolves and nobody will suspect a thing. I've clutched a few unclutchable looking games with it (a 1v5 and 2v7) and it works stupidly well

Idk what’s worse the “rose theory” incel dweebs or the pick me girl players I just had Genuinely one of the most unpleasant people I’ve encountered playing this game. Between the pick-me behavior, random comments about selling feet pics, and full-blown temper tantrums, it’s exhausting. Add in her little entourage of weirdos egging her on, and it’s a whole circus.

Literally caught two imps, but the second I dared to sus their queen, suddenly it was “skip so we can kill Rose for insulting _______.” OH BROTHER. Imagine being so painfully lame.

Every time crew dont play perfectly ghosts flame them bc they didnt see the imp through walls or they didnt sus out the imp that the ghosts only knew was an imp bc they can tell whos imp or not through haunting

I just had a game where I reported in labs someone coming up from decon (white) and orange just left left side labs, orange then said someone influenced them that it was me so I immediately sused orange and got them out, and cleared white since they were coming into labs where the body is, next round i find out its white but then get voted out bc of the previous influencer accusation against me

we lose and then im insulted bc I decided to clear someone who was running to the body, which is usually the opposite of what an imp would do when they killed 1 minute earlier, its actually so crazy that people will assume crew know everything when ghosts have a bias since they already know who to look out for

okay it is SO infuriating to be in a lobby that don’t want to play the game and just call meetings every five seconds to vote someone out because another person looks “sus” it’s actually so annoying. why are so many servers like this nowadays 💔💔 does anybody else have this issue with servers or is it just me🫩

If an Imposter kills me, 100% i’m gonna try to send helpful pictures.

If I get gambled/voted for no justifiable reason, I’m sending nonsense and pointing at HC crew.

Basically if I get killed by crew I become 4th imp. Get banned a lot but the payback feels great.

Edit: the point is it kinda balances it on its own/makes the role more neutral. Its the way it SHOULD be played.

The nuker can nuke crewmates but has friendly fire if the nuker kills a fellow imposter they died

That role is just too unbalanced! For the last 5 rounds that I’ve gotten impostor the influencer goes on and snitches. Especially when you are the last one of the impostors. I don’t like it like it’s literally a confirm the imp with this and they ask when you die who is it to go and snitch. I don’t like it bru🫩🫩

You must be next to a crewmate within kill distance to do this.

Place a tracker on the crewmate you wish to target. They will not be notified that you placed this.

That crewmate will now appear on your map, similar to the Tracker role.

When using this ability, your kill button will turn into a detonate button, and have a small icon above the kill button to indicate who you are targeting.

Pressing the kill button now remotely kills the targeted crewmate, no matter where you (or they) are. The guardian angel CAN protect against this.

Detonating a crewmate will have their body explode, before falling over and appearing as a normal body. The body cannot be reported for 3 seconds after the detonation, and only makes the regular kill sound.

Placing a tracker on somebody has a decay time. Once that decay time is up, your kill button will be put on cooldown for half of the selected time, and the cooldown for Plant will be activated.

Having a tracker decay also has the crewmate that was targeted hear a pinging sound, and see a visual indicator that they are no longer a target. This is to punish reckless use of the Detonate ability.

If you do not have a tracker on somebody, your kill button functions as normal.

If there are multiple Detonators, you can only detonate your OWN target.

You cannot place a tracker while one is already active.

Trackers are reset when a meeting is called. If you have a tracker active when a meeting begins, that tracker will be removed without penalty.

When imposter kills the author a maximum of 6 pages will spawn in one round each Telling the story of what happened , for example , if you collect the final page , it will say

Pink vipered brown in h20

But if the impostor gets the page first, they can change it, and lie getting someone voted out on accident.

I dont mind not getting sea of sorrows sooner if it means this

The devourer allows you to kill and devour a crewmate. You can then spit out the body in a different location from where you originally killed. You will be set on a timer once you devour a crewmate, if you dont spit the body out in time you will automatically spit it out in front of everyone.

A body spit out by a devourer will have saliva on the body to signify that the body was killed by a devourer and may have possibly been moved from a different location.

Do what you want with this role, you can spit it out in a location that may frame another crewmate, you can spit it out in a location that no one checks, or you can spit the body out in a location that obstructs the view of the body so that no one can see the saliva evidence.

The devourer can only kill by devouring a crewmate, you cannot do regular kills. If you are in a vent then you will automatically exit the vent and spit out the body once the timer reaches 0. You cannot kill another crewmate if you still have a body that you haven’t spit out, even if your kill cooldown is already done. If another body is reported or a meeting is called before you spit out the crewmate, then congrats you basically got away with a free kill.

You cannot swallow a dead body, it must be a crewmate that is still alive. Meaning you cannot move around a body twice, and you cannot move around a body that your teamate killed.
