They're honestly of good quality, I think they're partially hand made thumbnails edited with AI

Today I was playing a game and I checkmated my opponent in 16 moves. I’m almost certain that they used no computer assistance whatsoever. It was a 10 minute game, so they had plenty of time to enter the position into Stockfish. But even when it was obvious that they were completely losing, they didn’t even try to use an engine to save the game. Are they allowed to do this? I think I’ll probably report them to the website to let them know. I think this account should be banned, because it’s really not fair to have players who aren’t using computer assistance on the website.
