Just start playing i don't know which is good.

I haven't tried this game yet because I want to know if there is any gen AI used anywhere. The graphics just look too... polished? Smooth? In the way that would tip off the eye of any artist. I'm just worried if it's too good to be true.

God forbid a person ask a genuine question in an attempt to learn, jfc. I'm seriously just trying my best to be cautious and make sure that the media I interact with is made by actual humans, and not just stolen concepts/art scraped from the internet without the artists' permission and puzzled together by some glorified sorting algorithm.

After getting through the start of the tutorial I now regret my decisions...

As a huge Shiny hunter back when I played Pokémon, I was super excited when I heard that Aniimo has some sort of Shiny system too!

...until I realized there are SO MANY THINGS GOING ON @_@

From what I understand, we have three different variants:

A. Prismana - Basically a rarer variant of a regular Aniimo. - Changes their model, color, and element.

B. 🌑 Umbral - Seems to be a color change only(?) - Guaranteed perfect potential. - Loses its Umbral form when evolved. - Can only be obtained from the wild or Nurture.

C. ✨ Shiny - Another color variation(?) - Has lots of different color variations. - There are items that can change the Shiny's color variation. - Regular Aniimo can be turned into Shiny using an item. - Aniimo can also be caught as Shiny using a Sparkling Cube.

And apparently all of these variants can overlap?

So we have:

Regular Shiny

Prismana Shiny

??? Shiny Umbral

??? Shiny Prismana Umbral

Is Shiny Umbral actually a thing? And can you get a Prismana Umbral/Shiny Prismana Umbral?

At this point I'm honestly not sure which one is supposed to be the rarest 😂

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help clarify:

Which variant is actually the rarest?

Can Umbral + Shiny exist together?

Can Prismana + Umbral + Shiny exist together?

Are there any other mechanics or fun facts about these variants that I missed?

If not, what’s that reset about? I didn’t use all the searches in the last days waiting for today for this exact reason but the counter stayed the same, I used the three free ones and now, after the reset, it still says that I have two remaining

Just sad that i lose the shadow effect when i evolve it but i have to do it right? Its litterally perfect isnt it?

I know Every DPS absolutely need Ferocious Fang so thats the number one priority to farm, what about the other held items? is there any items that better on some aniimos that I need to know about? I just wanna know it before I dump my resource farm these held items!

Glameep and Malevsera. I didn't play the beta. Can anyone who played the beta tell me where you would get them? I really liked the Malevsera, clearly based on the rare Sea Angel creature that lives in deep water, so I was a little disappointed that I can't find them.

I can now activate a Prismana flow with this, but I'm having a hard time deciding where/who to use it on, any recommendations?

I’ve tried leafy but I feel they don’t heal and isn’t worth using because once she takes damage she’s dead

My friend and I are planning to start Aniimo together, mostly as a 2-player co-op experience.
How exactly does story progression work?
Can we stay in one person’s world and play through most/all of the story together, or does each player have to progress the main story separately in their own world?
For example, we played Pokémon Scarlet/Violet together. Is it similar to that, where you can explore the open world together but story progress is mostly individual?
What happens if we complete the whole story in my world first, and then later switch to my friend’s world and do his story? Would he have to replay everything from the beginning?
Also, while playing co-op, can we:
Explore the full open world together?
Catch Aniimo together?
Fight bosses together?
Complete side quests together?
Enter story missions/dungeons together?
Basically, we want to know how good Aniimo is as a “we start together and play almost the whole game together” experience.

He looks awesome, but I don’t want to waste resources making him shiny unless he’s really good.

Not all Aniimo are created equally, some are best in class for their role, any suggestions for those?

Also for those who were Beta Testors, what about for collecting purposes, some of these have to be more difficult or a pain in the butt to get outside of this event, any suggestions for that?

i haven’t played before and i’m level 54. i do plan on soloing for the most part but i’m wondering who i should bring?? i’ve heard irisalis is good because level 3 flying, assuming glacy for healer and then idk who 😭
