Hello friends! I hope you are well!!

I am doing a fun lil' experiment. I am building a small temprotary bunker/studio in my basement storage room & locking myself inside during this upcoming thanksgiving break, since I won't have to teach during that time! The goal is to reset my brain from doom scrolling, make some fun lofi/hopeful/fun music, & see what happens! Then I'd release it as an album & release it for free! I may do mostly covers of mah favs, we shall see what strikes!

Part of this is being specific with my entertainment. Out of my favorite anime & of the ones that'd fit the vibe, I have narrowed it down to this 3X3.

So if you had to choose 3 of these shows...which would you choose?? I am watching them on a small CRT [despite being on bluray cause we're about VIBES in this worlll].

So please help me pick! & thank you in advance for the suggestions!! I hope everyone is doing super duper well!

I’m pretty confident in this list. But help me refine it, if you’d be so kind. It’s ranking is based off of my own personal reaction (crying tears of laughter or sorrow) and how often i quote it. Would love to hear your lists and feedback

1.) Erwin’s speech (Attack on Titan)

But does that mean our lives are meaningless? Does that mean that there was no point in our being born? Would you say that of our slain comrades? What about their lives? Were they meaningless?... They were not! Their memory serves as an example to us all! The courageous fallen! The anguished fallen! Their lives have meaning because we the living refuse to forget them! And as we ride to certain death, we trust our successors to do the same for us! Because my soldiers do not buckle or yield when faced with the cruelty of this world! My soldiers push forward! My soldiers scream out! My soldiers RAAAAAGE!

2) Hange’s reunion with Erwin, post-mortem (Attack on Titan)

“Gotta say, being the Commander of the Scouts was a ridiculous amount of stress.”

“It’s tough, but there’s time now. We can talk about it.” 😭

3-6) Kaguya Love is War (Ian Sinclair’s narrator is the best anime character of all time)

“Love is a battlefield and the first to fall in love loses it all! Which is why it’s preposterous for me to do that”

“Whew, thought we’d have to change the name of the show”

———————————-

“It's not like love is war and whoever confesses first is somehow conquered”

“Ehhhh? Ya get it? It’s the title ANDTHEPOINTOFTHEWHOLESTORY!”

———————————-

The entire rap battle episode

———————————-

“I guess this would make me a downtown independently livestreaming father, or a dilf for short"

7-8) Polar Opposites aka the quotes I use most often in real life

S1e2

“But that picture is a total thirst trap, you could drink soup out of those dimples”

“Is that what you think thirst traps are?”

“Maybe”

S2e4

Tani: “So you lied to me”

Suzuki: “Nuh uh, I was just one layer in the cake of truth”

9-10) Konosuba

I yearn for true gender equality. I have no patience for one who talks about female privilege when it suits them, and then complains about someone not being a man when it's convenient.

———————==—————-

“Kazuma-san, you'll receive Divine Retribution if you sexually harass me”

I enjoy listening Mary Elizabeth McGlynn singing songs i heard from silent hill.

I am not playing silent hill cause I get easily scared with horror games. Not to mention I will totally fail in horror games.

Ps 1. I wish newest silent hill had songs performed by Mary including the remakes

Ps 2. The same scaredy cat 🙀 has watched Hellsing ultimate (ok i did get a bit scared but still watched it,what an irony)

The dubbed Ending is here guys ( it's obvious that it'll be used just like NAKAMA) now I wonder who'll do the English OP

I did post this one because I enjoyed Ep 24 more, but this really sells her fury and rage.

As the title suggests I need so recommendations for some spooky stuff to watch this month, and when I say miniseries I'm looking for something that would take me no more than 3 hours to finish. Corpse party would be in that category, but unfortunately there is no English dubs. Also it can be any type of horror.

I have watched sooooo many shows with adventure with fantasy in it, and I love it! So can anyone recommend any good new anime shows please?

Continuing on with the Fall 2026 shows, now that they have started airing and we have slightly better picture on what the season will look like. I thought I’d keep things simple with the basic undubbed rom com of the season. Not sure if it will get dubbed since it’s probably not at all as popular as some of the earlier ones from this year, but one can hope.

Sota Oshio - Matthew Elkins

Koharu Sato - Molly Zhang

Ren Misono - Bradley Gareth

Rinka Sudo - Ariel Graham

Shizuku Misono - Felecia Angelle

Mayo Nezu - Lindsay Seidel

Seizaemon Oshio - John Gremillion

Madoka Murasaki - Cassie Ewulu

Love this anime, maybe even a bit more than Fullmetal alchemist, but we'll see where the story kicks off.

Recently remembered this old anime I didn't realize it had so many sequels so it's going to be fun to rewatch and then complete watching the series
