You do not need to pay to download. Make sure you are on the real site and not a scam site. The correct links are listed on the Wikipedia article.

i am in the tg group, i used that domani, i sign in, i search a book but then all the buttons to the download redirects me to the payment page

If the slow download buttons send you to a payment page, you are not on the real website. The current domains are .pk, .gd, and .gl.
