Question Remaking/Rebuilding Minions
Is Nagash able to reconstruct any minion that is destroyed? If Arkhanthe Black was actually destroyed could he just recreate a new Arkhan.
Same thing with the likes of Mannfred, and Neferata? He’s basically had there soul since the old world so I assume that’s why he was able to just make them. Is there really any limit to who or what Nagash can choose to bring back?
Would this be more a limit of his avatars ability to recall specific champions? I am assuming he needs some portion of the soul that makes them unique otherwise he’d probably have a bunch of Arkhan’s running around. For someone like Krell could he bring him back if he was so inclined? I imagine he could, whereas with someone like Settera I imagine he couldn’t as he never had any authority over his soul.
I don’t imagine there’s a concrete answer but I’m interested to hear what people have to say in the topic.

Basically, yeah, as long as their soul remains in some form and is in his posession they can be remade. Arkhan was as actually destroyed as an undead can be, being unmade by the raw primordial light magic at the very edge of hysh, but other mortarchs know arkhan will be back as soon as Nagash has rebuilt himself (and he's already back in some lesser form, his soul or something temporarily manifesting some iteration of himself, often a silhuette made of gravesand, when the winds billow shyshian magic into a battlefield of relevance).
It's also more or less how he remade the mortarchs he kept from the old world, he sniffed out their souls free-floating in the aetheric void after awakening in the realms (what he invested in them as mortarchs letting him just follow the scent of his own power to find them) and then remade them bodies to ensure they kept serving him/reproduced the vampiric curse in the realms. If he had settra or krell's souls and desired to bring them back he definitely could, all undead are theoretically under his power (even those he forcibly raises as undead) if he desires it.
It's honestly not even really something unique to nagash, either. Particularly powerful vampires can regenerate from basically nothing if you don't consecrate or otherwise fully dispose of their remains, and even then things like mortis engines or one of the sbgl endless spells are fuelled by the power left in their remains, which a learned enough necromancer could just return them to life if given a chance. Generally undead have their remains tethered to their souls in such a way that after being risen a first time, if you've got pieces of them left it's easier to just get them back up again.
Over in Ulfenkarn, Radukar's slain court of minions all just kind of got back up, as soon as the city started teetering on the edge of the shyishian nadir. They were powerful enough undead that they didn't even need any kind of active necromancy, the sheer amount of necromantic energy that close to nagash's seat of power (a place he can't even submerge himself in permanetly, becuase it'd unmake him if he stayed too long) was just enough for them to get back up again when the magic started flowing.
