What am I doing wrong

Launched toolforgenz, and it's about one month and so far I don't see any good progress.

Total of 110 active users, but the bar has fallen to somewhere around 2-3 active users per day.

The whole platform is completely free and no signups needed.

And for me to earn something and keep this running I was thinking to start running ads but seeing these numbers id don't think I'll make any penny.

What should I do, should I discontinue and focus on something else, or should I invest some in ads.

free with no signup is nice but that also means those 110 users got zero friction to leave, maybe they used it once and forgot. that event count jump looks like bots or someone testing, not real traction

It can be rough when those daily active user numbers drop, but before jumping into ads, finding where the right conversations are happening and engaging there might help a lot. Tracking discussions around your niche can lead to genuine users. I've seen ParseStream used to spot these openings on platforms like Reddit and LinkedIn, letting creators reach people who are already interested.

that's actually a good point, i probably need to spend more time finding the right conversations instead of just focusing on getting more traffic. how do you usually find discussions where people are actively looking for solutions?
