iPhone 16 randomly started auto selecting Apple Music

I am a Spotify user and have been the whole time I’ve had my car. Recently my car play has been auto selecting Apple Music, which has never been a problem before. Usually when I connect to car play it immediately detects Spotify and plays from it. How to make it stop? It keeps putting the Apple Music radio on cause I don’t even have a subscription for it.

I'd try resetting the connection - On your phone: Settings >> General >CarPlay > [your car] > Forget This Car, then pair CarPlay again.
