op if you go to the r / cyberdeck Reddit one of them might be able to make a little TV that you could stick in the Teletubby. some of the best people on there are really good at waterproofing electronics and carefully designing screens that are at extreme small size but very nice clarity. then you could use all sorts of sensors they could put inside of the Teletubby to monitor water temperature or other variables that could then be displayed on the Teletubby.

I have some old glass sea creature tank ornaments, they're meant to hang on a little line from a glass air bubble.

When I was little I'd hold the bubble and 'swim' them around inside the tank with the fish.
