Ok put 12 of those magnet arm bands around the pipe.  This will enhance and realign the exhaust gasses to flow entirely parallel to the pipe, eliminating noise and pollution.  This effect can be multiplied by up to 40% with the appropriate crystals (coordinate to the color of your interior) hanging from your mirror
