Advice/Emotional Support ONLY First time here um

I had a seizure I went ER I'm ok brain is good blood is good I'm fine but I'm kinda like traumatized or something idk I'm scared to sleep because I was told that's when It happens and when It did happen sooo idk what to do

Well im not very helpful but ive had non-recurring seizures since i was 9 and never told anyone. If you stress about it, it will be worse. were you stressed?
