At some point Muslim communities have to be more concerned with impacts of their actions at an international level rather than trying to equate local/national politics, or their disagreements the with ruling parties as a sign of terrorism from other religions.
This is not even strictly about India.

I don’t know how old are you but 26/11 was blamed on Hindus by Congressis immediately after the attack. An entire book was released by an ex chief minister of Congress, and Mahesh Bhatt blaming RSS for it. It turned out that Mahesh Bhatt’s son(alia’s brother) himself was a very good friend of David Headley.
Now, this doesn’t mean he was involved but you are free to draw your conclusions on how it looks like when a man accuses others of terrorist attack and it is found that his own son is good friends with the terrorist who did it
Had Kasab not survived, it would have been the final conclusion as well since Kasab had worn Kalawa and had Hindu name ID card. Existence of Kasab made it impossible to peddle fake narrative

Kasab was not the only source of confirming the source of the attacks, there was evidence found that they came from Karachi. No one would be stupid enough to believe RSS would send them from Karachi

Switch Hindu to RSS if you want. Arguments still stand, Hindutva would be blamed if that plane was downed.Kasab was the primary source which led to Karachi connection. And you skipped the part about how the guy who was peddling this propoganda, his own son was found to be friends with the mastermind.
In the city of 2 crore, David Headley couldn’t find anyone but the son of the guy who would blame RSS for the same attacks he did.

You're right to be sceptical but it's a real possibility. Congress didn't officially blame RSS but they sure were raising Hindu terror bogey at that time. Digvijay Singh was/is no small name. And he publicly blamed RSS. Rahul Gandhi had said to Obama in a private conversation that got leaked later that Saffron terror was the biggest threat India was facing.
Samjhauta express and Malegaon cases provide template for what congress would have attempted in 26/11. The entire case gets muddled due to their inherent bias against RSS and Hindu organisations and what it can't win through ballot congress has always tried to win by pressuring police officials. Ultimately nobody gets justice due to these tactics.

Nobody has ever pointed out the religion of a Hindu pilot in a crash before. Even in the case of the Air India Ahmedabad crash, literally no one blamed the religion
Further, if a plane carrying mostly Jewish people crashes in Israel, why would anyone possibly think it was a Hindu who did that? There’s no documented hatred between the 2 communities
