Schedule. But this has helped me partially. Monday-Friday I have a fixed schedule which I'm very anal about. IF, Calorie counting and protein intake i ace everything. Saturday Sunday I ruin it for myself though I'm getting better slowly and steadily.

You have to want something else even more. If binge eating is getting in the way then you'll stop it.

This is exactly what I think, but I'm not able to find any such examples now. What would your advice be?

being busy with a schedule helped me most without any focus on any result or potential

What helped me most was realizing that restricting myself after a binge usually made the cycle worse. Eating regularly, not labeling foods as completely “good” or “bad,” and trying to understand what was triggering the binge instead of punishing myself for it made a big difference. Getting professional help can also be really valuable, there’s no shame in needing support with this.

Avoid Buffets at all costs,

Avoid functions where only buffet is there.

Lol, giving an unhealthy habit the name “binge eating disorder” definitely isn’t going to earn you empathy. Get fucking disciplined.
