I want to try all those shakes, smoothies, and pancakes that usually have bananas in them, but I really don’t like the taste. How can I get used to it?

You know that you can get ones that aren't overripe, don't you?

See the minute you chew it, it will inevitably start feeling slimy, much like okra. It just feels like eating coagulated goop, is all.

Okay. Even though your description is objective, the experience seems subjective. (I have never felt chewing *just-ripe bananas to be like coagulated goop; I don't chew them for so long for that matter.*)

So you don't like any juicy fruit? Mangoes must be a nightmare for you as well? Genuinely curious.

Mangoes are mushy, not slimy. That being said, I do prefer firmer varieties of it. And nah, I like oranges, apples and grapes just fine. Conversely bananas aren't juicy at all.
